Purpose: Promoting the labour integration of people with functional diversity is a key element to achieve their social inclusion. This meta-analysis aims to examine the effectiveness of experimental programs in developing employable skills for people with disabilities. For some years now, the management of pupil diversity has been the subject of considerable debate, both at the level of the education system and within separate establishments.
